Urban education is a difficult business. Time and again we have seen angry, failing, fighting students turn it around completely. This is the power of the Gospel to change lives. That power is most often communicated through caring adults who invest in the lives of children. St. Marcus relies on adult volunteers who are willing to come in and invest in the lives of students. Here are some possibilities:

- Concessions:
We need pizza and nacho maker! If you love sports and food, we want you! Please call Ceal Owens at 908-1831 to help out and have fun meeting parents at our basketball games.
- Other Opportunities:
The school is constantly in need of individuals willing to answer phones, make phone calls, stuff envelopes, create bulletin boards, re-shelve books in the library, or do a variety of other tasks that enable us to cut costs. A regular volunteer who’s willing to pitch in and help out is absolutely priceless.
There are a wide array of other volunteer opportunities including supporting teachers in the classrooms, assisting with fundraising and using professional skills at the school. Please contact the school office to learn more.
